the Farm Cooking School does not limit itself to any particular style of food. They take the view that it is the ingredients that are most important and use what’s in the garden or larder to produce wonderful meals with recipes drawn from any cuisine you care to think of. They are as passionate about traditional South African cooking as they are about Italian, Moroccan, Slow Food, Deli, Eastern and Baking.
