Colette Comins is an accomplished cook who has been cooking for her husband Trevor’s international safari clientele for almost thirty years. She is the author of The Farm Kitchen, a cook book published by Struik and spends her time running the kitchen gardens on organic principles and collecting, developing and testing new recipes.

Jason Comins trained as a chef in Ireland at Ballymaloe under famous UK chef Darina Allen. He started the cooking school with his mother and sister Camilla – also a qualified chef – in September 2000. His specialty
is seafood and deli foods, and he is well
known in the region for his smoked
and cured meats.
